Who is transforming Brooklyn ?

BFC partners Development company is responsible for the development of the Toren building now being erected on the corner of Flatbush and Myrtle avenues.Marketing material from the Toren sales gallery states that the building is intended to be a 38-story condominium tower containing 240 homes, 45 studios 99 one-bedroom homes, 84 two-bedroom homes, 12 three-bedroom homes, 8 penthouse unites, and additional three bedroom duplex penthouse units. Building services and amenities including 24 hour concierge, two level attended parking, fitness center managed by iowa sports, indoor pool, library, outdoor movie theater, and a sauna. The marketing material also states that SOM is the Architect of record for this particular project.
